By accessing and using SWMSafe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

SWMSafe provides a platform for creating, managing, and storing Safe Work Method Statements and related safety documentation.

Registration: You must provide accurate information and maintain account security.

Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Eligibility: Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to bind your organization.

You agree not to:

Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create.

License: You grant us rights to host, store, and process your content to provide the service.

Responsibility: You are responsible for your content’s legality and accuracy.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

Subscription fees are billed as specified in your plan. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Either party may terminate with notice. Upon termination:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We are not liable for safety outcomes or compliance with specific regulations.

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in our jurisdiction.
